Adriana Pérez Figuereo (2002, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) is a Dominican/Spanish photographer currently based in Toronto, Canada. She is completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography at Toronto Metropolitan University. Adriana’s work explores the intersection of visual arts, fashion, and documentary photography, capturing both carefully designed and raw, unfiltered moments.
Her documentary photography practice includes her thesis project, The Style of Making, a visual exploration of how artists’ studio spaces reflect and shape their creative identities. Adriana has been influenced by photographers such as Mario Testino, Juergen Teller, Paolo Roversi, and Nan Goldin. Her work blends raw realism with cinematic composition, emphasizing the relationship between personal style, workspace aesthetics, and artistic practice.
Adriana has collaborated with various creatives and companies, including L’Uomo Strano by Mic. Carter and ROM After Dark. In addition to her artistic practice, she has been a contributing photographer for Fashion Art Toronto (2023 & 2024).
Her work has been featured in Hues Magazine and Function Magazine. Currently, she has a solo exhibition running at The Image Factory in Toronto Metropolitan University from March 31st to April 11th, 2025.
